Arugula & Roasted Pine Nuts Pesto with the herbs from the MEDITERRANEAN MCHEF

  • 1 pack of fresh basil
  • A handful of fresh arugula
  • 65 ml (1/4 cup) of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 65 ml (1/3 cup) roasted pine nuts or roasted walnuts
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 5 gr (1 tsp) of the herbs from the MEDITERRANEAN MCHEF
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of olive oil

In a food processor, mix all the ingredients for at least 45 seconds. That’s all! Delicious pesto for salad dressing, on pasta, on pizza, on risotto, on bread, over chicken, over fish, as a spread in sandwich and panini, etc. Enjoy!
