  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of pitted Kalamata olives
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of pitted green olives
  • A little zest of an orange and a lemon to enhance the tastes!
  • 5 gr (1 tsp) of the herbs SOUTH OF FRANCE MCHEF
  • Chopped fresh herbs: coriander, mint and parsley
  • Drizzle of olive oil
