- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of pitted Kalamata olives
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of pitted green olives
- A little zest of an orange and a lemon to enhance the tastes!
- 5 gr (1 tsp) of the herbs SOUTH OF FRANCE MCHEF
- Chopped fresh herbs: coriander, mint and parsley
- Drizzle of olive oil
