Orange Salad with the SWEET DESSERT SPICE MCHEF
Ingredients
- 4 navel oranges or 2 navel oranges and 2 blood oranges
- 5 gr (1 tsp) of the SWEET DESSERT SPICE MCHEF
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of orange blossom water
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of rose water
- 10 ml (2 tsp) of honey
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of olive oil
- Some roasted pistachios
- Sesame seeds for decoration
Préparation
- Roast pistachios on a pastry pan, in the oven at 350 °F (180 °C), for 8 minutes in center rack of the oven.
- Cut the ends of the oranges with the chef’s knife; remove the peel of the orange flesh from top to bottom. In a vertical direction, cut the orange into slices. Place the orange slices in a nice plate.
- Poor over orange blossom water, rose water, honey and olive oil, and sprinkle with the SWEET DESSERT SPICE MCHEF.
- Add some pistachios and sesame seeds on top of the oranges. Bon appétit! Enjoy with a lovely glass of sparkling dessert wine!
