Roasted Cashews with the SPICY MAPLE SUGAR MCHEF

  • 500 ml (2 cups) of salted and roasted cashews
  • 5 ml (1 tbsp) sunflower oil or vegetable oil
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of maple syrup
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of the SPICY MAPLE SUGAR MCHEF
  1. Line parchment paper on a pastry pan.
  2. In a wok over high heat, pour some oil and sauté the cashews for less than a minute to heat well and add the SPICY MAPLE SUGAR MCHEF . Add the maple syrup.
  3. Remove from heat and mix well.
  4. Cool cashews on the pastry pan for about fifteen minutes. You can keep the cashews in a sealed metal container for two weeks or you can freeze them. Enjoy! What a lovely treat to offer to your loved ones!
