MCHEF® Marketing Italy 2018: Chef Marie visits culinary schools to talk to students about the spice market and MCHEF® AGRO-INNOVATION in Milano and Morbegno. Chef Marie participated to workshops and culinary demonstrations to teach how to use the MCHEF® Collection in three segments: cooking, baking, cocktail-mixology. Chef Marie cooked with the National Italian BBQ Team for an event of 200 foodies! Chef Marie is collaborating with food distributors.

Chef Marie had the business opportunity by the MAPAQ (Ministere Agriculture Pecheries Alimentation Quebec) to represent our brand in Italy with our new distribution broker: a unique 4 generation enterprise in the Morbegno area near Milano: ALPES SRL.

It is with lots of pleasure and innovative skills that we have been bringing the good news about our launch, cooking with student classes in culinary schools, participate and cook in culinary events, talk to the medias, about our agro-innovation in the spice market.

The Allergen-free- Clean-label ingredients is a growing trend in the retail market and in the food service division in Europe.

We can definitely establish MCHEF® and build up its reputation by its knowledge in terms of specifications and quality of spice products. And here we go! Let’s be proud, let’s continue to bring quality at an effective cost so everyone can cook and enjoy clean ingredients.
