"Greetings! Today, I wish to share with you the reason I have developed a New Spice Solution. Let's get back to Authenticity & Traceability. When I was a sous-chef, back in 2003, at Le Caveau and Nizza restaurants in Montreal, our clients requested to take into consideration their health issues such as cholesterol, diabetes, and gluten intolerances. We had to take a hard look at the content of our menus to meet the demand for a healthier meal offer and we found that spices contain a lot of additives and chemicals like most other spice blends on the market. We started to make our own herbs and spice blends, deleting additives to obtain a pure spice. We developed our own brand of spice blends in new natural ways of cleaning herbs and spices naturally. In doing this, we noticed that we were using fewer spices because our blends did not contain additives and fillers, so our clients and professionals get the full taste for that extra burst of flavors with half the quantity. We now only sell the best quality spices newly USDA - OCIA Organic certified after 10 years of R&D. Our herbs and spices collection are Earth-Kosher certified, and HACCP certified. We can now all enjoy herbs and spices to their maximum flavor and health benefits potential.
