Orange Salad with the SWEET DESSERT SPICE MCHEF

Ingredients
  • 4 navel oranges or 2 navel oranges and 2 blood oranges
  • 5 gr (1 tsp) of the SWEET DESSERT SPICE MCHEF
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) of orange blossom water
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) of rose water
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) of honey
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) of olive oil
  • Some roasted pistachios
  • Sesame seeds for decoration
Préparation
  1. Roast pistachios on a pastry pan, in the oven at 350 °F (180 °C), for 8 minutes in center rack of the oven.
  2. Cut the ends of the oranges with the chef’s knife; remove the peel of the orange flesh from top to bottom. In a vertical direction, cut the orange into slices. Place the orange slices in a nice plate.
  3. Poor over orange blossom water, rose water, honey and olive oil, and sprinkle with the SWEET DESSERT SPICE MCHEF.
  4. Add some pistachios and sesame seeds on top of the oranges. Bon appétit! Enjoy with a lovely glass of sparkling dessert wine!
