  • 500 gr (1 package) bacon
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of the MCHEF® SAN ANTONIO
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) of maple syrup
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) of brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 425 ° F (220 ° C) and place rack in center of the oven.
  2. Spread bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle the MCHEF® SAN ANTONIO over the bacon and add the maple syrup and brow sugar.
