A delicious warm bruschetta with goat cheese, spinach, pine nuts, MCHEF® ORGANIC MEDITERRANEAN Organic Herbs Blend, basic and focaccia or ciabatta. Heaven on earth with a glass of Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc. One of the perfect duo. Warm up tomato intensifies their sweetness while preserving their bright, fresh flavor. 

Cook time: 15 minutes / 4 servings


  • 2 cups of Italian "Roma" tomato seeded peels (cut in 4 and peel with a Chef knife, then holding each wedge by the core tip, and gently start slicing the center seed pocket out at the opposite tip, just sliding the knife between the thick fleshy part and the seeds)
  • 20 g of creamy goat cheese or even Boursin
  • 1 cup of minced baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) of finely chopped shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) of extra-virgin cold-pressed olive oil
  • A pinch (less than 2 g) of MCHEF® ORGANIC MEDITERRANEAN
  • Slices of grilled ciabatta or focaccia
  • Sprinkle with roasted pine nuts before servings and fresh basic


2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add bread; cook 1 minute on each side or until toasted. Reserve.

2.Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Add tomato, goat cheese, spinach, shallots and garlic. Sprinkle with the MCHEF® ORGANIC MEDITERRANEAN, until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally not more than 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Reserve.

3. Serve bruschetta over toast. Sprinkle pine nuts and basic! It's so delicious! Wine Pairing - Nice Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay! Enjoy!
