Keto Sugar-free Vegan Favorite Choco Cream Made with Love

For the pleasure of taste, make this delicious treat, keto, sugar free and vegan, creamy and smooth chocolate avocado cream packed with nutrients!  

4 generous servings

Blend all the ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon or with a mixer or food processor:

2 large ripe avocados

1/4 cup of quality cocoa powder unsweetened

1/4 cup of coconut cream or almond milk unsweetened


Divide in 4 ramequins. Serve immediately because it tastes so good or chill in the refrigerator until serving.

If you want, add some whipped cream (whip heavy cream by hand, with a mixer (30 sec.) or with a food processor (15 sec.) with no added sugar but you can definitely add a drop of vanilla) Little tip, put a metal bowl in the freezer before shipping the cream and make sure the cream is cold. That way it will accelerate the whipping process!

Add some chia seeds, chopped roasted walnuts or almonds, and roasted shaved coconut! Miam! Try it out! It's a must!
