Rum Booster Apero with the ORANGE AND LEMON MCHEF

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz of black rum (I used Santiago De Cuba 11 years old)
  • 1.5 oz of orange juice
  • 1.5 oz maple syrup flavored with ginger
  • 1.5 oz of sparkling water
  • 3 gr of ORANGE AND LEMON MCHEF for the rimmer (around the glass)

 

Préparation
  1. Wet the edge of the glass with lemon juice and coat the edge of the glass with the ORANGE AND LEMON MCHEF cocktail mixture.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice cream and mix together the rum, maple syrup and orange juice
  3. Skip the drink on ice cubes in the prepared cocktail glass
  4. Fill the glass with sparkling water (about 1.5 oz or up to the edge of the glass)
