Salad Dressing with the special herbs from the SOUTH OF FRANCE MCHEF

Ingredients
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) Dijon mustard
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Meaux mustard
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) of balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar ou red wine vinegar…Your choice!
  • 5 g (1 tsp) of the herbs from the SOUTH OF FRANCE MCHEF
Préparation

Mix all ingredients in a food processor or the old fashion way using a whisk and a bowl until obtaining a smooth texture et voilà! Enjoy!
