I received my order, but one item was missing. What should I do?

What if an item is unavailable or backordered?
While we make the utmost effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via your email confirmation if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. Items that are backordered will be indicated in your confirmation.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
Due to the quick processing time of all orders, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
My order status is In Progress. What does that mean?
Your order is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped. Changes to your order cannot be made once your order is In Progress. We will gladly accept your return and provide an exchange or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
How much is shipping?
We try to price spice shipping to just cover our costs. Your shipping cost is based on the weight of the products in your order and your geographic distance from Montreal, Canada. The price will be provided to you before you confirm your order.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
As soon as Canada Post picks up your package and enters it into our system, we will send you a notification by email.
How do you package your spices?
Our spices are sold in specialized créovac resealable plastic pouches to keep freshness and quality longer. Pouches are available in a range of sizes.
How do I use the online ordering system on your website?
Find the herbs and spice blend you want by clicking on shop, then rubs & aromates or cocktail blends categories. Choose Size. From the Cart page, you can click check out to proceed through the secure ordering process. Please note that your card will not be charged until we ship the order.
What is your policy return?
It is our goal for our customers to be 100% happy with their herbs and spice blends purchases. This is why our team strive to carry only the very highest quality of herbs and spices, and grind and mix our blends fresh weekly. If you feel a product is not up to snuff, we will gladly refund your money. Our blends are considered food products, and as such are not exchangeable. We will instruct you as to what you should do if you simply contact us. Any mistakes on our part will be addressed within 24 hours, and of course we will ship you the correct item asap. We really want our customers to be completely satisfied and we take great care in making sure this happens.
