Warm Artichoke Salad with the MEDITERRANEAN MCHEF Way!

Ingredients
  • 2 cans (14 oz. x 2) of artichoke hearts, strained and cut into quarters
  • 1 can (14 oz.) of palm hearts, strained and cut in two
  • 65 ml (1/4 cup) of pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 package of cherry-tomatoes, cut in half
  • 5 gr (1 tsp) of the herbs from the MEDITERRANEAN MCHEF
  • 15 ml (1tbsp) of olive oil or avocado oil
Préparation
  1. In a salad bowl, mix palm hearts, olives and cherry-tomatoes and add olive oil or avocado oil and sprinkle with the herbs from the MEDITERRANEAN MCHEF and olive oil and whisk. Then add the fruits and the fresh herbs and mix together.
  2. In a large skillet over high heat, drizzle vegetable oil and sauté artichoke hearts.
  3. Then add artichikes hearts to the salad. Toss and serve! Accompany this lovely Tuscan dish with a lovely glass of white wine.
